ليكن في علم طلبتنا الأعزاء أن طلبة السنة الثانية ماستر والسنة الثالثة ليسانس بإمكانهم استلام الشهادات المدرسية ابتداءً من يوم الاثنين 5 أكتوبر 2026، وذلك على مستوى مكتب شؤون الطلبة الكائن بـمبنى التخصصات، الطابق الثالث، آخر مكتب على اليمين.

ملاحظة: بالنسبة لطلبة السنة الأولى ماستر، سيتم إعلامكم لاحقًا بتاريخ استلام الشهادات المدرسية الخاصة بكم.

يرجى من جميع الطلبة، فور استلامهم شهاداتهم المدرسية، الحرص على القيام بمسحها ضوئيًا (Scan) والاحتفاظ بنسخة إلكترونية منها، حتى يتسنى لهم طباعتها عند الحاجة، أو المبادرة إلى إعداد عدة نسخ طبق الأصل منها.

ونظرًا إلى أن الإدارة تؤكد أن تسليم الشهادة المدرسية يكون في نسخة واحدة فقط خلال السنة، فإنه يُرجى من جميع الطلبة أخذ هذا الأمر بعين الاعتبار والاحتفاظ بنسختهم الإلكترونية والورقية بشكل جيد.

يرجى إيلاء هذا الأمر الأهمية القصوى.

Dear Students,

Please be informed that second-year Master’s students and third-year Bachelor’s (Licence) students may collect their  (certificates of enrolment) starting from Monday, October 5, 2026.

The certificates can be collected from the Student Affairs Office, located in the Specialty Building, third floor, last office on the right.

Note: First-year Master’s students will be informed at a later date of the date scheduled for the collection of their school certificates.

All students are kindly requested, upon receiving their school certificates, to scan them and keep an electronic copy so that they can print them whenever needed, or alternatively, make several certified copies.

As the administration has confirmed that only one copy of the school certificate is issued per academic year, students are strongly advised to take this matter into consideration and keep both their electronic and paper copies safely.

Please give this matter the utmost importance.
