إيداع مبررات الغياب عن بُعد للسنة الجامعية 2026-2027 / Online Submission of Absence Justifications for the 2026–2027 Academic Year

ليكن في علم جميع طلبة قسم البيئة والمحيط أنه تم وضع رابط إلكتروني تحت تصرفهم، يسمح لهم بإيداع مبررات الغياب عن بُعد، دون الحاجة إلى التنقل إلى أمانة القسم.

وعليه، يُرجى من جميع الطلبة الالتزام بالتعليمات التالية:

  1. ملء الاستمارة الإلكترونية بعناية، مع الحرص على إدخال جميع المعلومات المطلوبة والتأكد من صحتها.

  2. في حالة تقديم شهادة طبية، يجب أن تكون هذه الأخيرة مؤشَّرًا عليها وجوبًا من طرف طبيب المؤسسة الجامعية، وذلك على الوجه الأمامي للشهادة (Recto)، حتى يتسنى للإدارة التحقق من صحة التأشير.

  3. احترام الآجال القانونية لإيداع مبررات الغياب، وذلك في غضون ثلاثة (03) أيام، ابتداءً من يوم الغياب، وفقًا للتنظيم المعمول به.

  4. لن تُؤخذ بعين الاعتبار الشهادات الطبية المودعة خارج الآجال المحددة.

نرجو من جميع الطلبة الالتزام بهذه التعليمات، والتأكد من صحة المعلومات والوثائق المقدمة، تفاديًا لرفض مبررات الغياب.

All students of the Department of Ecology and Environment are hereby informed that an online link has been made available to enable them to submit their absence justifications remotely, without having to visit the department’s administrative office in person.

Students are kindly requested to comply with the following instructions:

  1. Complete the online form carefully, ensuring that all required information is provided accurately and in full.

  2. In the case of a medical certificate, the document must be duly stamped and endorsed by the university’s medical doctor on the front side of the certificate (recto), so that the administration can verify the endorsement.

  3. Comply with the prescribed submission deadline: absence justifications must be submitted within three (03) days from the date of absence, in accordance with the applicable regulations.

  4. Medical certificates submitted after the specified deadline will not be accepted.

All students are urged to follow these instructions carefully and ensure that the information provided and the supporting documents submitted are accurate and complete, in order to avoid rejection of their absence justifications.
