• يُعدّ الحضور في حصص الأعمال الموجّهة (TD) والأعمال التطبيقية (TP) إجباريًا طوال السداسي.
• يجب إيداع مبرر الغياب لدى أمانة القسم في أجل أقصاه ثلاثة (03) أيام عمل فعلية تلي تاريخ الغياب عن حصة الأعمال الموجّهة أو الأعمال التطبيقية. وكل مبرر يُقدَّم بعد انقضاء هذا الأجل يُعتبر غير مقبول. 
• يجب على الطالب تقديم النسخة الأصلية من الشهادة الطبية مرفقة بنسخة طبق الأصل إلى أمانة القسم، وذلك حتى يتسنى ختم كلتا الوثيقتين. ويتم الاحتفاظ بالنسخة الأصلية لدى أمانة القسم، في حين تُسلَّم النسخة المطابقة للأصل والمختومة للطالب المعني.

ملاحظة مهمة: لا يُقبل أي مبرر غياب ما لم يكن مصادقًا عليه من طرف طبيب الجامعة، المتواجد عند المدخل الجانبي بالطابق الأرضي لكلية علوم الطبيعة والحياة.

يرجى من جميع الطلبة التقيد الصارم بهذه الإجراءات والآجال.

• Attendance at tutorial (TD) and practical work (TP) sessions is mandatory throughout the semester.
• Absence justifications must be submitted to the Department Office no later than three (03) actual working days following the date of absence from a tutorial or practical session. Any justification submitted after this deadline will be considered unacceptable.
• Students must submit the original medical certificate together with a certified true copy to the Department Office, so that both documents can be officially stamped. The original document will be retained by the Department Office, while the stamped certified copy will be returned to the concerned student.

Important Note: No absence justification will be accepted unless it has been validated by the University Doctor, located at the side entrance on the ground floor of the Faculty of Natural and Life Sciences.

All students are kindly requested to strictly comply with these procedures and deadlines.
